The Committee on Roads & Transportation moves to amend the
bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in
lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:
"A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-5-2 of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to increasing the penalty for
conviction of the offense of driving under the influence
causing death; limiting eligibility for parole."
